Tuesday night Mary Lu and I were helping the heart kids do their thank you cards. All of the kids were so upbeat--laughing, joking and having a good time. Each camper was asked to share something they were thankful for and my heart just went out to all of them. One girl was thankful for her track coach because he knew CPR and he was able to save her life she was able to9656 come to camp this summer. Another girl was thankful for her 15 scars becasuse she felt her heart condition made her a better person. And one girl was thankful to be able to come to camp because it was the only place where she had any friends. It was truly a very special time. Gail:)
